Unbelievable. A new site (isbushwired.com) wonders if Bush uses an audio prompter in his ear as a matter of course. If Bush is dyslexic—as some have speculated—then this is really no different from using a teleprompter (apart from the fact that everyone can see if you’re using a teleprompter). And it would explain Bush’s halting speech patterns and “shifty eyes.”
What would be particularly damning, however, is if Bush uses it not only for speeches but for routine interviews and press conferences. (And isbushwired.com thinks this is the case.) Worst case scenario is that Bush used it to cheat his way through the first Kerry debate. Isbushwired.com has posted photos from the debate showing what—if it isn’t an audio device—is the most obnoxiously obvious bra clasp in fashion history.
